Find the latest functionalized liquid rubber grades to improve dispersion
Kuraray

Kuraray will announce the latest results of the lifecycle assessment (LCA) and the greenhouse gas (GHG) emission index information of liquid farnesene rubber. With liquid farnesene rubber, the company is expanding its portfolio of liquid rubbers with a product based on natural and renewable raw materials. Liquid farnesene rubber contains a polymerized form of beta-farnesene, a bio-based monomer derived from sugarcane.

Kuraray will show several new functionalized Kuraray Liquid Rubber grades that improve filler dispersion (L-SBR/L-IR/L-BR). These new grades are based on isoprene, butadiene and styrene. They are colorless, transparent and almost odorless, with low VOCs.

Kuraray Liquid Rubber grades function as reactive plasticizers. They co-vulcanize with the base rubber, which significantly reduces migration, increases product life span, optimizes the production process and improves product properties.
