Energy monitoring, management and control for the tire enterprise

Tire plants use a tremendous amount of energy and monitoring the energy usage is the first step to controlling our limited resources. This presentation will discuss a ready to apply commercial solution for monitoring energy across multiple plants in real time and show the benefits of contextualizing production data with the usage of energy. The presentation will show how to gather electrical energy, compressed air, chemical usage, steam and any other critical utility used on the factory floor. Connectivity options will be discussed for any machine controller to gather production data and contextualize the production data to the energy usage
