VMI Group
Harm Voortman, Chief Executive Officer, VMI Group, the Netherlands introduces the FLEXX belt maker, for high quality belts made with extrusion technology rather than calendaring, launched at the show and winner of the Tire Manufacturing Innovation of the Year award at the Tire Technology International Awards for Innovation and Excellence and also comments on CORTEXX an all new software solution to enable operators to interact more efficiently with equipment right across the range of VMI equipment using the same interface.

Jens Rosenberg, Senior Executive Manager, Crisplant, Denmark, a first time exhibitor at Tire Technology Expo, introduces its all new automated green tire handling system developed out of the company's industry leading and proven airport baggage handling systems.
   

HF Group
Günter Simon, Managing Director, HF Group, Germany comments on the many new developments on the company's stand, which include modernisation and enhancements of existing products in the field of mixing solutions, extrusion machines, tire manufacturing equipment and the introduction of an all new tire curing press aimed at the truck market.

Pyrolyx
Oliver Berger, Senior Advisor, Pyrolyx, Germany discusses the establishment of the first ever eco-friendly and sustainable method of recovering high-grade carbon black from end of life tires. Developed in conjunction with Zeppelin Systems the process recovers carbon black of an equivalent quality to standard grade carbon black processed from fossil fuels, but in a fully recyclable and sustainable process. .
   

Siemens
Peter Haan, , Head of Business Development, Siemens Industrial Automation , Germany talks about the company's simulation technology which helps tire manufacturers to maximise productivity and reduce costs through the elimination of bottle necks in production lines, as well as by providing a training platform for tire manufacturing equipment operatives in advance of equipment installation at tire plants.

Micro-Epsilon
Frans Hochwimmer, Sales & Support System Technology, Micro-Epsilon, Germany introduces the company's latest inline scanning technology which uses light projection to identify tire markings including the DOT code, brand name and dimension and is aimed at both the tire manufacturing process as well as just-in-time delivery of matched tires and wheel rims in car manufacturing and production line.
   

Hungarojet
György Moldován, Chief Operating Officer, Hungarojet, Hungary, discusses the company's milling of truck tires by high-pressure waterjet that helps separate powder obtained from tread, sidewalls and the inner tire and produces steel-free rubber powder in the range of 50-500 microns and minority crumb of 500-1000 microns.

Prof. Arcady Radbil, Director R&D, Orgkhim, Russian Federation a leading manufacturer of products for tire and rubber industries including granulated rosin, fatty acids, emulsifiers and antioxidants comments on the company's production of green products, which are manufactured by removing PAHs, enabling the manufacture of environmentally-safe tires.
